See how Sarah helped bring these leading organizations reach the next level...
At Nickelodeon, Sarah helped lead the transformation of a small, dayparted, digital cable network -- Noggin and the N -- into two distinct and separate powerhouse brands that dominated pre-school and teen programming, respectively. Under her leadership, Noggin cracked the code on providing “edutainment” that toddlers loved, and parents trusted, all wrapped lovingly in an environment that spawned several iconic series and lucrative ancillary revenue streams.
At The N, Sarah was central to bringing young teens original programming that was relatable, socially relevant and groundbreaking to help cultivate and win over an audience that craved content that spoke directly to them.
Later, at MTV, she became a tireless advocate for, and instrumental in, the global success of the Jersey Shore as a gateway into cultural relevance and the formation of a programming juggernaut the network still relies on as a meaningful revenue stream.
The Walt Disney Company, turned to Sarah’s creative instincts and business acumen to to bring Freeform, the teen entertainment brand, to record viewership in the highly coveted 13–34-year-old female demographic, one that is highly sought after for their considerable social influence and buying power.
RMC understands the demands to grow businesses and achieve greater financial success. Throughout her career, Sarah was consistently charged with leading diverse teams, conceiving and championing change, and satisfying numerous stakeholders.
